Yes, you are right. I think the most important thing to do now is to NOT blame or beat ourselves up. We are strong enough to last the 10 days without eating, so we are strong enough to go into healthy eating. The same temptations that were there are still there, but now we just need to look into our own selves and see what our body really wants.
I think the hardest part for me was learning how to be okay with making a mistake and rather than dwelling on it and feeling like it was all a waste, just slowly forgiving myself and starting healthy from that point on.
I made the mistake of feeling guilty and then i would just keep eating junk because i felt like i had already ruined everything so might as well just continue...
