I am looking to get thirteen Amalgams replaced... I cannot afford to pay a whole lot. I was given a quote and some information from a dental office in Juarez, Mexico as follows:

Safety precautions practiced:

Keep the fillings cool during removal

Cutting the Amalgam into Chunks

Use a high-volume evacuator

Do you think those are enough? Can i ''get by'' with those, and be extremely diligent about chelation?
