I am on day three of The Master Cleanser . The night before I began I started getting a headache and a sore throat. The next morning on the first day of my cleanse, I felt like someone had beaten me up. My body ached badly and my throat was very sore. I checked around the internet to see if I should just wait to start the fast, but many seem to start TMC at the first sign of a sore throat. I have done everything else as instructed, but after a rough night last night, I came to work in shambles. I was not able to breathe at all through my nose (even though I am using my Neti Pot like I'm getting paid). Nothing was working, soooo I broke down and took an Aleve Cold and Sinus (lasts 12 hours).
I feel so guilty now. Any advice?
