I am trying to lose weight and I recently read an article that eating dark chocolate before and after the meals is the newest weight loss tactic. It says that dark chocolates contains healthy fats, which slow the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream and that helps prevent the dreaded insulin spike and shuttles down the sugar into into your fat cells. I thought to give it a try and I have already bought dark chocolate from Holy Taste, an online organic health food store in Canada. But don't know how much to consume to gain all the benefits without affecting the health. Has anyone experienced it? Please share.
