HI everyone
If you have been on this site for the past few years, you may have seen my posts. I fasted 3-4 times 21+ days on water once a year... Trying to shrink a tumor/cyst...
It is a jelly like consistency and VERY BIG!! 21cm by 17 by 15cm.
It takes up the whole right side of my abdomen.
No one can tell by looking at me. The MRI pictures were shocking!
SO... its coming out March 21.
I know some have asked me to keep them posted pre and post op as to what it is exactly...
I will do that!
I am excited to remove this thing once and for all!
I am happy my second doctor supported me in experimenting with water fasting.. She is allowing me to direct how and when I am to have surgery. Even let me pick the date!
I am READY!!

Why would a pancreatic cyst be found on the right side of the body if the normal human pancreas is located under the lung on the left side of the body?

Anne, the links above show where the pancreas is situated - it is across thee body. Left, but also next to the gallbladder, duodenum and liver on the right.

We were not talking that you have this. We were just talking pancreas, after I inquired wjat you have.
Again, I don't claim to know what you have, but anatomically speaking the pancreas is situated retroperitonealy - the peritoneum covers it in front. It is behind the abdominal cavity in other words.

One interesting point that came up recently (from Chiron and Archus) was that a liver flush, done regularly, might increase the efficacy of water fasting, including autolysis. Only after the Liver Flush do certain other mechanisms then happen subsequently.
Your lack of autolysis was a mystery, given that your cyst was pretty much the only non-essential body part still left after all of your lengthy fasts.
But oh well. It is too late now. Proceeding with surgery is best, IMO.
