For those who may not know already, it may be worth watching the attached video with the knowledge that a Pitt judge weeks ago ruled that this video evidence - a troubled sergeant's assault upon an underage drinker - did not amount to excessive and unnecessary police brutality ..... but now the FBI is investigating and in the wake of that, contrary opinions are issuing from other local authorities.
