MH, have you ever considered tapping a walnut tree and making syrup??

This is a reply to # 2,301,571Yes and amish do that because there are so many walnut trees….
the only reason they use sweet maple is because it has more sugar content and more sugar means it will not spoil as easy.
Tapping trees is a hobby that takes allot of effort, I tried it 1 year and didn't have the time to do it right.

This is a reply to # 2,301,575I read recently about the high and varied mineral profile of walnut syrup. Looks even better than maple syrup.
