Sea snail as vector?.....
or..... something that is also infected, as are so many creatures that I've taken a close look at?

I remember you and CLEW in a thread touching on The Thing's ability to appropriate from environment and express.
I have one fairly recently on this subject.
However, it goes past that, as if that isn't bizarre enough.

It would fit in CLEW's recent thread on Cnidaria.
I will be checking into that thread as well, CLEW.

But this particular episode has weirdness on a number of levels.
So much so that I may or may not post it in that Cnidaria thread.
If I do, all can read.
If I don't I will be getting some pics and background story to you, threader, and you, CLEW, via PM.

I wonder how much may have gone on, may be going on, that some never share, never speak of, because it would appear to so many as just.... much too much....

You two have kept an open mind, staying away from a lock, as keen observers with good minds, and are ever exploring tangents.
Huge help to me. Said it before and saying it again.

I note I logged in as Vol 2.
Meant to permanently retire that and go on with Vol 3.
Perhaps a part of me took that road because it was under that volume that the possibility of Cnidaria involvement took root.

Makes sense since snails and slugs are intermediate hosts for many parasites.
