hello all
my earlier post is
curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=2297652
I am now recovering from emotional overeating, i am now done with it, i have no cravings whatsoever for the sugary things, or other things, except some oily cooked food, which is also good for my ayurvedic type/dosha which is vata(wind)
also bananas are something i can really go for.
I have some symptoms which is cramping pr constriction in abdomen around the colon area, if i take a deep breath, i feel that breathing doesn't cross that area, also i feel some pain in the hips, which goes down throughout the leg to some nerve in the foot, and it is felt when i move, not very much but some persistent.
i think DessertLilly was right in my earlier post about it being a haemorroids.
I feel this discomfort in abdomen now and then throughout the day, which gets relieved by eating something (dates or fruits), this is different from overeating like i was, doing but still i think i don't need to do the same as i am taking once cooked greens with some coconut oil, which i feel fulfills calories requirements, but this discomfort doesn't go away, moreover it contributes to bad food combinations, though i do take care of combination, but sometimes it is easier not to wait longer, when it would be preferable.
I plan to do 7 days
Water Fast on staying on vegan diet for a month or so as well as some intermittent fasting.
also during this while i am following suggestions given in the aforementioned post, like flax seeds powder (2 tab. spoon in a day) and triphala powder (once at night and once in morning for cleanse)
what would you recommend for this discomfort, also it's winter around here, this discomfort also goes away with something to drink but only for a short while an hour maybe, but with eating it goes for 2 hours or so.
i plan to drink a lot of herbal teas, warm water etc for the same, is there anything else i can do? i also feel this is discomfort of toxins collected during my emotional overeating period, so i have to go through it till i cleanse properly, i would just like to know if i can do something to make it little easier on the body? maybe just eat 3 times a day, with at least 4 hours between, and at other times, just drink if there is discomfort, it isn't hunger anyway.
did anyone else also experienced the same after overeating?
may all be well
