Well, I cannot beleive I have made it to this day. I feel good, really nothing negative to report. I don't have that surge of energy that some have talked about though.
My question is this: when do you start to really detox and pass things? I really don't feel any different and I've only had teeny weeny BMs that were kind of liquid-y. Thats it.
I've been doing tea morning and night, 10-12 lemonades a day, and lots of water in between. (cannot do the SWF!)
Does the real detoxing come later the more days you stay on this?
So, in other words if you were to stop at day 6 or 7 it would have been for nothing? You wouldn't really acheive any benefit?
