I am also on day one of my second cleanse. And, I also did my first one in November. That one was 10 days, and this time I'm going for 14. Unfortunately, my wife is not as supportive as your husband. In fact, she is openly hostile to this. The last time she kept telling me to stop, so it was really hard to stay motivated. I kept checking out this forum to see what other people were doing but never posted. This time I'm going to try to get some support from everyone here since I'm definitely not going to get any at home. For some background: I'm 32 years old, 6'2" tall and weigh about 175lbs. I'm not trying to lose weight, and in fact, according to my wife, the last time I did this it made made me look like I "just got out of Aushwitz". I thought that was a pretty nasty thing to say. My motivation for doing this the first time was that I was hoping to eliminate some heartburn/acid reflux problems I was having. Well, it worked really well, and I have only had three or four instances of it since November. Also these were much more mild than the ones before. I finished up the
Master-Cleanse with Dr Clark's liver purge, which resulted in passing many stones. I'm planning to try to do the
Master-Cleanse three or four times per year from now on. And to anyone doing this for the first time, good luck and stick with it. The results are worthwhile.
