Can You look at my symptoms? (photo of liquid in stool)

So- 10 days ago I stopped takeing clindamycine. Since then I have diarrhea.
BUT it is loose stool and lot of weird, neon yellow liquid and mucus- often only mucus with this yellow thing.
I also have urine in the same color, when I wake up.
No pains, justo some grumble and gases...

What do You think it can be?

I got sulfasalazine yesterday.
Doc says it will pass and nothing to be worried about, but I'm soooo worried!
