Moreit was bacterial infection. I cured it with salt water rinse's soaked on lips(t cup of hot water with 1 tablespoon of salt), smothering my lips in soap, mouthwash soaked on lips, red wine soaked on lips for 5 minutes and I think that's it! and saliva. I drank hot glasses of water and hot glasses of tea. the trick is to keep the lips always clean so healthy skin can grow back not a scab. you are getting contamination in the wound by not keeping it clean. if you keep it clean with warm water also and some saliva(saliva is antibacterial) you should heal in 2 weeks.

This is a reply to # 2,298,212Well, they don't want a cure, carokann. Apparently, as busy as this forum is, it's a financially successful 'problem' that adds plenty of money to the pharmaceutical coffers somehow, although it seems rather low on the profits to me.
But since the cartel has their employees here, posting so frequently, it must be better than it seems.

I must confess I don't see why, but this forum is very active, and the employees are the reason, usually, cuz most real posters are too afraid, as demonstrated by the attack on this post.

This is a reply to # 2,298,887Carokann, dude, the only reason people think you're trolling or having a laugh is because you constantly state on a bunch of different posts that saliva IS the cure.
You must understand that with this condition, there are different ways to cure the condition, and different ways to cause it. Saliva is actually a cause for many people, and I bet saliva could heal some.
However that does not mean it is some universal cure that will work for everyone.
All we ask is don't spam the same "saliva is the cure" stuff on people's posts and don't state it like it is some fact.

This is a reply to # 2,299,123ok, ill just say it works for me, but im pretty sure it can work for you. I think we all bit our lips at some point and caused a injury to our lips. I know I bit the triangle part of my upper middle lip. I don't think it was caused by lip licking though I think I just bit the skin off. I think you need to lick it a lot and not bite the scab off to heal it. just my opinion. im only trying to help.
