I am only on Day 2, but feel like if I can get through Day 5, I'll be able to make it through the full 10 days. The problem is that I then only have a day and a half after that to get back to eating fairly normal (I eat pretty healthy anyway) because I have a friend that is coming to visit and I know we'll want to go out to eat and drink when she's here.
On the day after I come off the cleanse, can I expedite the process by drinking OJ during the day and maybe having some broth that night, so that by the second day after (when my friend arrives), I can eat solids (I'll try to stick to veggies) normally? Or, should I quit sooner, like on Day 8 or 9, so that I have more time to get back to normal?
