Update

Recuperating. Plan to blog more.

Every time I was near food or almost thinking about food today, I remembered from the heart and didn't eat. It works really well until I got cold and thought I should eat to be warm. I was cold from the hot shower I took this morning. So no more warm showers. I think the next time I think I am going to eat, I better write in this blog. I could have planned to go outside in the cold and walk to get warm, but I didn't think of it. How could I not have thought of it? I need to talk it out. It's harder to use your heart right after you have eaten. So I planned to start fasting tomorrow and eat more tonight. But no more from now on. I seriously need to use this blog more. I promise to write 111 entries in this blog. I have like six entries right now.

Today, I heard about a touching movie that showed one man's amazing will to live. It gave me strength to stand and read and to do other things usually hard for me. But right now I shouldn't do anything hard. Now is recuperating time from food. I will lie on my bed of recuperation and read 60 PsyBlog emails on my iPad.
