i believe the preferred med for Tapeworm is praziquantel and there was a reputable seller on E-Bay last time i checked, if you are in U.S.

You can also buy from fish supply dealers online, just make sure its 100% prazi, there a few diff brands but the E-Bay seller was quite a bit cheaper.

also, megadose of Co-Q10 for 5-7 days iirc is a reccomendation of Hulda Clark . I tried and it didnt work for me but others have seen some results from it.

why do you suspect tapeworm? you might be better off trying a broader spectrum anthelmintic first until you know for sure.

If you have segments, you probably have a tapeworm. I would get some really competent medical advice for a tapeworm. Pork Tapeworm larvae can travel into the brain and cause death. Not very common in the US but common in Mexico and Central America.
Save the specimens in water and see if you can find an infectious disease specialist.
You will need to be sure to get the head of the Tapeworm (the scolex) or it will just grow back.
It also sounds as though you have round worms. The round worms will take 12-18 months of treatment to be sure that you have eliminated them. Don't let a doctor give you meds for 3 days and tell you that's it.
You could try the really old fashioned remedy for tapeworms. Soak for hours in a milk bath. When the worm appears, do not pull on it. Let it come out on its own. It can be up to 20 meters in length. Remember to make sure that the head comes out! If you have a tapeworm, you are probably eating large quantities of food and not gaining weight. At 93 lbs. you are underweight.
