Hi all, new member to this however I have used this website as a non member for a while to educate myself on fasting.
The new year is approaching and a goal of mine is to get my health back on track, detox my body as I feel so toxic and lose the weight I gained during my depression. I therefore feel that fasting is the best way to achieve all these results.
I have a few questions. If anyone could help answer them Id be extremely grateful.
I am starting a 70 day 'mainly vegetable' juice fast and I am hoping to follow it with a 60 day
Water Fast immediatly after. Could someone tell me if this is safe? I will be drinking around 64
ounces of juice on this fast ( like in the joe cross programme) and will do some light cardio every other day. I figured that I will have be stocked up on enough vitamins to make the
Water Fast safe but i want to ensure im not puting my body at danger by doing this.
I rather not take supplements as I want to cleanse my body properly and do a true water fast.
My second question is if it is safe to do this will i have enougj electrolytes in my body if i am excercising during the jucie fast to keep within my body to utilise during the extended water fast.
I hope someone can give me good advice or share there knowledge with me!
