Kefir is great I use it everyday. If you like sour kefir, I would leave it on the counter for an extra day. I usually mix the whey (water part) with the solids.
My take on this is that you should change probiotics from time to time or alternate them. Add Kimchi, Sauerkraut and yogurt to your regimen.
Most importantly, you need to eat a raw vegan diet, if you are not already doing so. Animal proteins and processed foods are a huge problem in all diseases especially in autoimmune diseases.

And there are more. Vegetables and fruits in raw form are the most anti-inflammatory. Include vitamin C, E, D3 and good food enzymes in your daily routine. Do not eat or drink cold stuff from the fridge. Also drink warm water.
