Theory is that if you're fighting Candida Albicans and want to make sure you're not introducing more Candida Albicans into your gut via kefir is:
You might be able to grow kefir grains in a way that kills the Albicans and leaves the good stuff by
1. Consistently growing the kefir in Coconut milk which is a natural antifungal.
2. Maybe adding coconut oil (more of a concentration of capric and lauric acid) in the batch to help kill off what you don't want.
3. Add
Iodine to also kill off what you don't want.
Some combination of the three.
Any thoughts?
