What essential oils are safest and best for vaginal douching? I have tried lavender, but I'm unsure about the safety, though I've read its okay to use for that. How much is safe to? This is a reply to # 2,287,984Use the same dilution chart for skin, test on the inner labia. If there's any burning, dilute further.
Personally, if you can tolerate it in the mouth, you can test it on the nether-regions.
