Hi.
I've become a big fan of Black cumin seed oil. I already had a small bottle that run out and I've now ordered a bigger one (750ml) that I'm yet waiting for to arrive. It's the 'Bio' (organic) version of the brand Amazonas (A German manufacturer).
But I wonder...The manufacturers inform that it should be stored at a 'cool dry dark place'. But how cool exactly is 'cool'? I got two storage alternatives and I want to know which one is the best for the oil.
One is my cellar and the temperature there is exactly 10°C. (50°F) The other is room temperature at about 21.5 °C (70.7 °F).
Which one is better? Mind that the bottle is big so it will be stored for quite long.
