You will feel better on a vegie diet if you were on a meat diet. You will feel better on a raw diet. You will feel better on primary fruit diet with few vegies and nuts and seeds.
Animal protein, the meat, even the so called "lean" meat, is full of fat, imagine the rest. I This has to tax your gallbladder. Switch to a better diet with good healthy fats, small amounts.
There is a wide range of problems with animal protein but even if you consume it, as long as you do not overdo it and have "white" meat, you can be healthy but I still do not recommend it. The problem comes when people think they "need" their protein to be healthy, and they have it several times a day and in big quantities. I read you can only diggest a little piece of protein, so all the rest is diggested by bacteria. Eating meat invites the big guys onto you because you have rotting flesh inside you.
This is without counting all the hormones,
Antibiotics they inject to the chickens and cows. The fact that they create diseases by feeding these animals rotten flesh (mad cow disease). Or the fact that a lot of the meat they sell on fast food is made out of all the rejected parts of the animals combined using a pink slime product.
All the sulphur from these animal products tax your lymphatic system to no end.
About the fats people use to cook their foods, these refined hidrogenated vegetable trans fats are terrible, this has to be terrible for your live and gallbladder as well.
And on a human being point of view, how can we turned to the point where eating flesh from another living being is normal. The early christians were all vegetarians, but this is another topic and do not want to get into polemics.
