Hi it is my first time on this forum. I am a breastfeeding mom and i would like to know if it is okay to loop ( drink all my urine everyday) while breastfeeding my one year old son. I was under the impression that it would normalize my hormones and i would loose my milk supply. I am suffering from Depression that i need to "cure". There's a UT forum at Facebook where you may be able to get an answer to this. It doesn't seem there are any answers here. This is the name of the group:

OK, I joined it myself and did a search. It looks like the consensus is that it is fine to do UT while breastfeeding! One breastfeeding mom said she drank about 2 oz./day and was increasing it.
