Has anyone tried smoking anti fungal and anti bacterial herbs to release pathogens? My understanding is that if you smoke the herbs they go directly to your bloodstream versus becoming diluted when they are consumed as a tea.
I may be wrong but i think inhaling any smoking usually contains toxins and free radicals and i think you will be making more progress ingesting anti fungals and antibacterials. Of course though everyone knows their body better then anyone and if its something you wanna try then its up to you.
