I'd say choose your doctor well, since many could be well-intention-ed but ignorant about the re-feeding Sd. I do not see how you are going to juice or get organic produce to re-feed with in a hospital. Tips? I'd think about daily potato-with-the-peels broth for phosphates with minced fresh parsley, greens/celery for magnesium, calcium and potassium and tomatoes, eventually spirulina.
If you are concerned about the B vitamins, you could get Tangy Tangerine 2.0 have handy or brewer's yeast in powder or cube; or AOR B-complex, just in case.

First of all, I am a big fan of David Blaine, I also went to see David's stunt in NYC in 1999, yes, a stunt, not intended Water Fast for healing or cleansing or losing weight.

Dr. Shelton talks about stunt fasters in his book. David Blaine had done this fast with all wrong conditions. Most importantly he only drank 3 tablespoons of water per day, which was a bad idea. His doctors had no clue about what Water Fast means otherwise they would have not allowed him to even start that fast. We should know that stunt fasting is so different than one fasting within their own domain resting, sleeping, drinking as per thirst and keeping warm. David is a vegan, and in my opinion that may have helped him, otherwise he would have been in a big trouble. Obviously he broke the fast in a wrong way, because he was in the hands of ignorant people.

I am sorry but this article has too many stupid remarks by people who do not know anything about fasting with water only. But I will not go in detail about it here, otherwise it will be a big essay.

Important things for you to know is if you have any doubt or fear about the fast or feeding after the fast, I would suggest that you bring yourself to understand how fast works, what your body does during a fast and how to break the fast in order to get rid of the fear prior to commencing the fast. It is good to be cautious and be prepared. Good things is that you have fasted before, that will help you a lot.
