Hello,
I've had pinworms for two years. I just reinfected my son who hasn't had them in over a year. I've tried everything. I want to follow a strict protocol the next few months. However, the herbs are no longer working. My new doc won't prescribe me anything. I'm looking to try and buy mebandazole online at a pharmacy. Does anyone have good experience with actually receiving their product successfully? Who do you recommend? I'm also looking into Animal medications. Does anyone know of the guidelines to follow for body weight and what medications are available? I really appreciate the advice. I'm at my wit's end. I wish there was some type of medicine man in another country I could receive treatment from. I'd be on my way now.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 2,281,958Reese's pinworm medicine is available in US at any pharmacy and it works well, no prescription required, also available online.
Ivermectin works well too. can buy on Amazon as Ivomec injectable. it can be taken orally, rectally, or topically. The dosing is by weight on the box, and online. The CDC published a note saying the vet version of Ivermenctin (Ivomec) is approved for human use when patients cant tolerate oral tablets. It even says can be used rectally.
I have used Ivomec by putting the liquid into an empty capsule and taking orally.

This is a reply to # 2,281,958I sympathize with you. I have them too. The pyrantel seems to work best for me. I take it once a week then follow with 2 tbls of coconut oil. You can get the horse paste. You dose by weight.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,282,131For anyone with an iq over 60 please note that I just steered the topic from rx meds to a seed. In my experience pumpkin seeds are just as good as pyrantel, plus they are a good source of zinc.

This is a reply to # 2,282,161Tried both methods. Ate them by the handfulls for days whole, flavored, mashed, boiled got nothing out of me. Pumpkin seeds are used for tape worms. They did nothing for pin worms. Pyrantel kills them every time. The proof is in the poop. Boom

Something else that might work for pin worms...
You take about 3-4 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder in small amount of milk, rice milk, juice.
Boom.
Pumpkin doesn't work for everyone and you have to takr it for a longe duration. It's best ground up as a butter.
I will consult my notes, there is a chinese herb formula that also might work.

This is a reply to # 2,282,812As a chocoholic that has been known to eat pure unsweetened chocolate just to get a fix, I would love for this to actually work, but I've never experienced any relief from it. Pyrantel works!
