The iodine's been spurious, orally I'd say once every 3-4 days, but painting every single day.
Borax much more steadily, there's been small pauses of 2-3 days at times between the doses, about 2 of them. Otherwse.. well, there's the news. :)
I've been using
Iodine since 2012, still the same bottle of 30%
Lugol's Iodine (1 liter of it), my first experience was 5 months on first really high doses (towards the 300mg mark for one week there) and the detox was.. rrrrngh. Let's just say wrestling against thoughts of suicide is very unpleasant?
I was quite unclear in the head at that point, hadn't bought the co-nutrients, and was desparate.
I've been looking to defeat the infection that causes diabetes for a plenty long time, Azure (since I discovered CZ in 2004), though access to (the right) information, financial resources, and a clear enough head (also peace) has been a problem.
Aka, a problem in the manner of putting regularity with the treatments to top priority, remembering straight, and sticking to one particular doctrine.
(That has seen a lot of improvements since removing amalgams!)
It's been the right thing to do, to switch to
SSKI for internal uses. The emotional kickback has been severely reduced, the worst I've had so far is a restless night on 100mg (a 1 day test).
For future readers: hypothyriodisim can be heavily tied into emotional depressions. When docs give antidepressants (even if they are bromide and floride free), it does no benefit to the thyroid!
Every dose of proper thyroid extract (I use Raw naturals thyroid) gives a relief and a calm to the ups and downs that antidepressants are made to cover up and hide.
I'mma cast my vote and say there's no comparing synthetic thyroid meds to the real thing.
