How do I strengthen the liver and any other important part of my body so I can handle killing more candida eventually?
I allready eat a candida diet, I eat very very little probiotics and no antifungals beacuse my body can't handle more, (I've tried more for months and felt really really terrible and no improvements), I eat a lot of vegetables, vitamins and minerals, digestive enzymes and try to relax and do light exercise like walking, especially for the liver I take silymarin, dandelion greens and roots, st johns worth, natural vitamin c, ALA, molybdenum, magnesium, omega 3.
I also have tried hcl w peptin and noticed I already have enough stomach acid
Can I strengthen the liver and body with this while still having lots of candida that I kill very very slowly or do you suggest I add something more?
And btw, how taxing is fat to the liver? I recently read somewhere that it is taxing to the liver so people avoid it prior to liver flushes, but if I'm not doing a
Liver Flush is it okey to eat while trying to build up the liver? The only other alternative is to upp the carbs which isn't very good when having candida and I am slim so I can't handle loosing weight.
