You can do it as long as you want because Iodine passes out of the system. Unless you take grams then its dangerous but some here take grams of SSKI . Although that is different from taking grams of iodoral and Lugols I believe because they are mixed, but many here take 100 mg or more of iodoral with no problems.

I personally can't handle that much because I am too toxic and the detox is too hard on me right now, but consider yourself lucky that its working for your illness take care.
