Day 4 of my dry fast.

Most important part of today is that I woke up with a feeling that I can go forever. It is amazing, I feel like I can do anything, physical movement is much better than yesterday. Mental awareness is indescribable. I feel elated.

Did not walk or meditate, touched water after using the bathroom.

Mucus is a little now more thick, white and from left nasal and bronchial tube, headache is gone, Neck does not hurt anymore, outer part of right side head burning sensation is gone.

I was awake early part of night, slept well afterwards, rash is going away, I had slight reflux at 1am and then it subsided.

Blood Sugar 88mg/Dl
Blood Pressure - 107/79
Pulse - 85 ( my normal pulse is 65-70)

Urine is dark yellow,Flowing OK
Teeth bleeding is very minor.
Left groin and hip joint hurts if sit for a long time, just slightly.
Sunbathing for 15 minutes.

I do not feel hunger at all or severe weakness.
