First fast - 3 day juice fast help?

Hello!
My wife and I would like to use the labor day weekend to do a 3 day juice fast. First timers here, can you please point me to a schedule and nuts and bolts of what to use? Seems everyone here goes a lot longer but we are dipping our toes in the water on this one.
Would appreciate your help and advice.

This is a reply to # 2,272,743well, you can juice on organic fruits juices, like watermelon, oranges, lemon, all easy to juice. you can do vegetable juicing too, but you need a juicer for that.
some hard fruits like apples, pineapple will need a juicer.
