I thought the disclaimer at the top of the forum said that you should do a Liver Flush if you are on the Master-Cleanse for 14 days or more...now it says you should do one both before and after any flush.
What's up with that????

MoreThis is a reply to # 227,214I think the first one was wrong. It defeats the purpose of digestive rest to do a Liver Flush mid-fast, and may even be harmful. I'm not sure where the first instruction came from but I'm glad it was changed.
