i wake 5:30am jog 5 kilometers after jogging
go to Fitness Gym and start my workout for 2 hours
in the afternoon 4pm jog 5 kilometers after jogging

thats my daily habbit i also take fiber supplements and boil guyabano leaves because it has high anti oxidant properties.
