Yeah, that's a good idea when people are harassing you, especially at work or school.
Sweetie, they're trying to descredit and make you have doubts about yourself when they say it's all in your head. My mother told me the same thing, but she indirectly gave me confirmation that I smell. She doesn't want to hurt me, but I'm more hurt by lies and deception. My mother searches for remedies for me, and suggests things that may help my
Body Odor . This is the same person who refused to talk about this issue, and said she doesn't want to hear this nonsense, that it was all in my head, talk about
Body Odor and my experience with gives her a headache etc. If it's all in my head, why take out your time to search for remedies? Lol. How stupid do they think we are, haha. She seems to be coming around though. My mother isn't a good liar, even when she first dismissed it, she gave me clues. If the whole world says I smell, but my mother is reluctant to tell my the truth, then my mother is lying.
I get confirmations I smell every day, by people's reactions and comments, so I know it's true. Plus, although I can't smell myself, I get a whiff of bad odors sometimes.
I know it's so much easier said than done, but: Don't worry if people believe you or not. They're harrassing you, HOW IS THAT NOT PROOF?! They want to say it's in your head, because they notice you can't smell yourself so they're taking advantage of this and decide to play with your mind. If it was all in your head why bully you about this disorder? Their words and actions don't match, because they're LYING to you.
Don't worry about them so much, they have ugly hearts. Record it, and expose them. No one deserves to be bullied for medical issues!
Good luck.
