I flushed again last night with Dr. Clark protocol, things went fine. I did get newish looking small stones in all my BMs so far.
I did not feel excitement or weakness. I used magnesium citrate drink and not Epsom Salt this time. I like the taste of magnesium citrate, but I think Epsom Salts do a better job.

This is a reply to # 2,268,158Hi Archus. I take my Epsom Salts in veg capsules. 1 tablespoon fits into about 12 caps. I don't mind that cause I can't stand the taste of ES.

I am one of those who do not get so fazed by how things taste, but thanks for th advice. I have been taking very bitter supplements ever since I was a child so ES is nothing compared to some herbs I have taken.
I was just using up the Mg Citrate soda and checking the difference in my flush. The soda does taste better though.
I drink my ES with warm water.
