Until now, the one part of this cleanse that I dreaded was the SWF. For the life of me, it felt like I was drowning in the ocean each time I managed to chug down my SWF. Then an acomplished "cleanser" suggested I go with the course, gray Celtic Sea Salt , as opposed to the fine white variety. Well let me tell you, no more gagging, my Celtic Sea Salt "elixer" went down like magic!! No funny faces, no sucking on lemons, & no more gagging. Just smooth sailing baby.
