Hi
I’ve read loads about MSM, Diatomaceous Earth, and borax.
One thing I can’t work out is: Do people use just one of the above or do some take all or variations together?
Any help appreciated

This is a reply to # 2,266,914For me the combination boron / DE was extremely drying to skin / bowels. I discontinued DE.
