I juice ...
Apple - 1 medium
Beet Root - 1 beet
Carrots - 8 medium
Celery - 2 stalk, large
Spinach - 3 cup
I juice every morning since i got my Lifespring juicer.
Best of the beet juices so far! I added a lemon to brighten it up a bit. Tastes awesome! :) And sometimes I substitute brussel sprouts for spinach - really nice!

i've been using air purifier for the longest time :) it helps cure my hay fever which i experience at least 3x a year, too bad. We have two ionmax units and so efficient ! plus i take antihistamine too.. aside from cleaning my room almost frequently

I've done some research on which air purifier to buy and heard that brands like Honeywell and Winix are very good too. In fact, Honeywell advertises itself as "recommended by doctors". A guide by Wicked Reviews is pretty helpful in picking your brand.
