I have the SAME thing. I picked off a scab and put it in an airtight container. I looked at it after forgetting about it. And I looked and saw a white worm with another smaller white thing comming out of its side like a hook? Maybe. Or another worm. I was told I have exema...then scabies. ...then the dermatologist said I need a psych eval! Wtf? I've spent thousands of dollars going to the doc. And on scripts, which, are USELESS so far. Mine also reflect light.. little specs...eggs? I don't know but it's effing with my head! Please help me!
