I flushed last night. Flush 20. Got one big stone and some small ones too. Not sure if I should have flushed at all as I got my period yesterday morning and it was a bad one. I had to take painkillers. I planned on getting a colonic this time around but I won't now.
Also I think there was some green liquid with the stones, not sure what that was. Just that the water coming out seemed to be a bit green.
My eyesight has improved since my last flush 2 weeks ago. It's sharper. I wear contact lenses everyday.
It's strange, since my flush 2 weeks ago, my stomach pain from eating fruit has subsided. But at the same time, I'm almost positive that the dark circles under my eyes have gotten worse. I'm a bit worried about that.

This is a reply to # 2,265,108Sounds like Bile for the green liquid? I've done cleanses on my period, I think it's a great time to do it because for one, You already a slave to the toilet, well at least I am when on my period and I like to stay home for the first 2 or 3 days. Your period is your bodys way of cleansing the blood stream of excess toxins, Some say the ancients never got their period because they never had excess toxins in the body. The dark rings sounds like aliminium? Possibly from pots or pans you use? Or a cup or container? Or eating out somewhere that uses these?

This is a reply to # 2,265,308Interesting. I was worried because I read somewhere that you shouldn't flush if you are sick (like flu sick not a chronic condition).
No I haven't changed any pots or pans nor have I started to eat out. They just got worse after the flush for some reason.

This is a reply to # 2,265,324Your dark circle could have got worse due to dehydration caused by flushing or it could mean that it's time for a kidney cleanse. flushing taxes the kidneys and at times dark circles are related to kidney health.
