Hi,
I've been doing the p&b shakes and psyllium has always constipated me so i've been plugged and am wondering if just taking the clay in water would do anything?

This is a reply to # 2,264,755psyllium made me as well, what really helps is a good Colon Cleanse with oxygen...here's a good read, hope it helps...
