Just needed your opinion/advice/knowledge on how I'm tapering my Valium.

Sitting at 6mg right now.

Is it accurate, reliable to SHAVE Valium pills with a nail file and then weigh them with a jewelry scale? Just base the mg dosages I'm getting off of the weight? I know how to do the GRAMS to mg math, I'm just wondering about equal medication distribution in pills, considering there's only something like 2% active ingredient compared to fillers.

Have you seen other people use this method and be fine?

Thanks... hoping to hear from you on this one. Because if I keep getting very unstable symptoms between the whole mg amounts, I'm going to have to just start breaking the pills dry cutting and try liquid titration again around 4-5mg.
