I take a homeopathic medicine once in two days for my various symptoms. This is high potency - Carbo Animalis 1 m - and I do not take it in solid form. I do what is known as a '5 cup dilution' meaning that I put one pill (the little
Sugar pill homeopaths use) of the remedy into a glass of water, stir it with a spoon, and then put that spoon into another glass, this time of plain water, and stir it. I go on till the fifth glass. Then for the next week, I take one teaspoon of the water in the fifth glass on alternate days, before preparing the solution all over again.
According to what I have read, even though it is only the first of 5 glasses which contains a pill of the remedy, the dilution helps make the remedy stronger.
I know many will dismiss this as unscientific but I have experienced benefits from it. I just wanted to know people's opinion on whether I can continue to take this diluted liquid water remedy during my fast. Intuitively I feel this should not be a problem.
I think Dr. Isabelle Moser writes somewhere in her book that homeopathic medicines are OK with fasting.
