One of the things this video does for me is confirm my suspicion that many if not most of the people that use those handicapped electric carts dont really need them.
Its bad enough that lazy folks steal one of the few conveniences that handicapped people have by taking handicapped parking spots away from them.
They also have to gobble up the electric carts too.
I admit that stores like Walmart have become so huge that walking from one end to the other is a daunting task.
But I'm quite sure that most handicapped folks would gladly trade their disability to anyone who desperately needs to have a closer parking spot or a way to walk around the store without breaking a sweat.
Hell, I would even sign a document swearing that I will park in the furthest parking spot from the door just so I would have to walk farther.
No problem.
