Hi, I had a Mirena IUD placed a month ago right after they took out a fibroid. Usual cramping from the fibroid sugery.

2 days later my pain changed to the uterus and along my lower back. The idiot nurse ignored my calls about my pain. Went for 2 wk followup and had some vaginal infection. They treated it, said the strings were still there. Then they disappeared but ultrasound only revealed a ovarian cyst they are not concerned about.

After one month of telling them Im weak...very weak and in pain, joint pain, they basically don't care anymore. Suggesting IUD may need to come out. Im trying to avoid that.

Question:

ANYONE EVER HAD PERSISTANT PAIN AND WEAKNESS AFTER GETTING A IUD?
