I had never experienced this in my life but now I know what it means when people say they feel cold even when there is a nice summer breeze. It could be 80 degrees outside and you could be drinking hot tea, but that cold feeling inside does not go away. I am experiencing this for 9 months now.
Finally, I started on Dr. Brownstein's Actalin. It has been a week, but no changes yet. My basal temperature remains 95 degrees almost every morning. Body temerature during the day rises to 97.5.
I know that I got a lot of good advice here before and I have not taken any Bovine grandular or other suggested supplements, but I want to wait till I get the saliva test done. Meanwhile I will see how Actalin works.
Does anyone have any experience with Actalin?
Thank you.
