hi just going to share my thoughts for success
have the same problem with staying on my diet
im plaining to eat only oats, grapes, apple, probiotcis for two weeks.. and i know it will cure me
OATS > it has fiber to make u poo, and take out the toxics out of ur body.. "everyday poo is one of the best thing to make us cure faster" and we know oats has fiber and has no sigar content that is bad for us
Grapes> yes i tested it! i think i improved by eating grapes.. and i read a lot of post that they are cured by taking "grape seed extract" but i think eating grapes is more effective.. coz its natural..
Taking Vitamins> i test this also, it helps a lot..
Home work out is fine> doing home work out is fine as long as u sweat.. im doing this curl up, and push ups to my limit.. feels so good when u got lot of sweat
Eating apple> it also help for detoxing our body, and also good for our skin..
Probiotics> it helps to fight bad bacteria in our tummy..

Liver Flush every 2 weeks
Apply a lotion in your skin, to make ur skin healthy..
REMEMBER: Keep away from DEPRESS and STRESS, coz its true that it was the root of many desease..
like me, i was cured, but got a problem in family.. got stress, depress, lost on my diet.. then my fbo came back

Sugar content.. like chocolates, sofrdrinks, etc.. coz bad bacteria in our tummy really loves it..
---> as i search it takes 3 to 6 months to be fully heal our tummy.. and i think after 3 to 6 months we can now eat meats, etc..
