Hello, i'm new to The Master Cleanse diet and I want to know if there is a specific kind of Sea Salt that I should use. I also need to know if the cayenne pepper is ground pepper or fresh peppers?

  You HAVE to use uniodized Sea Salt or it won't work correctly. The best tasting are celtic Sea Salt and Redmonds Real Salt. There's lots of info on this in these forums, do a search.
  
  Cayenne pepper is ground, or some people buy the tincture.
