Do breathing exercises, and massage your belly and abdomen to push out stagnant gasses, liquids, etc.
I suggest looking up the internal exercises by Mantak Chia. He is a Taoist grand master who developed a great book for exercises that really work well. There are breathing exercises which help you get back to breathing from the belly, which is most optimal for getting good breathing habits in. Combined with the daily massages and you should be easing out the tension that inhibits you from breathing properly, and hence everything else will fall into place.
This is excluding any other indication of a health problem associated with bad intestinal health. It'd be pragmatic to look into the possibility of poor digestion, excessive abdominal tension and general eating habits which plays an important role in the structure of your good health.
All the best.
