Sugar over the past few days, and have come to realize that the mycotoxins indeed mimic diabetes. My numbers are not high, but they don't fall below 120 two hours after eating unless I have no carbs. I have always kept my carbs under 70 a day. Before mold, this was not a problem. I've decided to get even stricter, and now hover between 10 and 20. The results from this change over the past few days is dramatic. I
- I am finally getting lean.
- My mood is better than it's been in months.
- Energy has increased.
- My sinuses have significantly less pressure
So I will admit that that Billings couple who wrote that book have a point when starving the mycotoxins of carbs.
My only complaint is that my anxiety is now through the roof. If I get enough sleep it's not so bad, but today I only got 5 hours and was borderline panic attack all day. I truly feel this may be part of the detox process, but want to hear your opinions. Has anyone experienced this while getting better?
